Again this year, Olson Middle School will be celebrating the diversity of our students and staff with the annual Diversity Day Celebration. Students/staff who are interested in hosting a booth with information about your culture, hobby, history, etc. should complete the application
before Weds, May 2nd. Diversity Day will be hosted in the Media Center this year on May 25th.Pennies for Patients Fundraiser
Each year Olson Middle School supports Pennies for Patients, a fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in their efforts to fund research to find cures and new medicines for cnacer patients and to assist children who have leukemia or lymphoma. This year, as part of that fundraiser, we are supporting "Cap on Cancer" day, Friday, March 16th. Students may purchase a ticket for $1+ that will allow them to wear a hat during the day (displayed with the ticket). So find a cool hat and purchase a ticket to wear your hat all day Friday!WOOF!
The after school program where students build their own dog house is starting again! April 1st in B119 from last bell to 4:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lasts 6-8 weeks. Come join us!Operation Adventure (OA) Lists

-7th Grade meets in Mrs. Gillis' room on Mondays and will be reading Inkheart by Cornelia Funke.
-8th Grade meets in the Media Center on Thursdays and will be reading from a variety of new books.
