Bus Transportation
Please watch your mail for information on your child’s school bus number, route schedule and pick-up/drop-off sites. This special mailer will arrive within the next week, and will include contact information for the Transportation Office if you have any questions.
 
The Hub
School meal PINs, passwords (if applicable), teacher and schedule information, and other updates will be available on the Hub by Aug. 23. We’ll send a password reminder along with other updates when the information is available on the Hub.
 
New this year, free and reduced-price meal applications will not be mailed to families. Applications are available atbloomingtonschools.org/free-and-reduced or under the Meal Plan tab in the Hub.

Applications for Free/Reduced Meal Plan will not be mailed to families beginning this year.  Please complete the application on line at: www.bloomingtonschools.org/Parents/Food Services/Free.  If you prefer you may print the application and return it before Sept 2nd, to the Main Office.  After Sept 2nd please return the printed application to our Food Service manager, Theresa Jacobs.

Back-to-School Open House

Olson Middle School will host a Back-to-School Open House on Wednesday, Aug. 31 from 3:30 - 7 p.m. All families are encouraged to attend to get important information for the 2016-17 school year.

VEAP Back-to-School Program

Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People (VEAP) will provide its back-to-school program for students entering grades K-12 for the 2016-17 school year. 

Breakfast Anyone?

Eating a healthy breakfast is the best way for your student to prepare for a great day of learning.

Olson Middle School offers free breakfast to all OMS students from 7:30 to 7:50 a.m. every day.

Breakfast includes many popular choices, including breakfast pizza, french toast sticks and breakfast burritos.  Current breakfast menus can be found on the Student Announcement page or the OMS Menu and Food Service Information page.

Please join us in encouraging all OMS students to eat a healthy breakfast at home or at school.
